SO, we got notice yesterday that the water on base and in base housing is going to be shut off from 9am on Friday through Sunday night or Monday morning! That means that I cannot run on Saturday unless I want to spend 1-2 days without a shower. The gym I go to is the base gym, so I can't even shower there! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! Why do they do this on the weekends when everyone is HOME? Wouldn't it be better if they did it during the week when the kids were at school and at least 50% of the adults are at work? I think I have steam coming out of my ears right now!
Went to the gym and ran on the treadmill again today. The first mile I was recalibrating my Nike+. Then, I did 3.11 more miles. My Nike+ is still off .03 miles, but that is much better than it was! I felt pretty good again, today. Out of the 4.11 miles, I ran 3.20 of that. It probably would have been more, but the first .5 miles I was calibrating the walk on the Nike+.
At the end of my run, my friend came over and I could hold a conversation with her while running. I am still finding that I do not have to slow to a walk because I am breathing hard. It is still my legs that tire. Is that normal for you all, too?
Today, my biggest concentration is staying at 1750 calories. I will not fail again at my attempts of losing weight!

I recall there being some water around the island. Is it still there? ;)
Just play Survivor Guam for the weekend, and take a bar of soap to the beach. Sounds pretty cool to me.
