Something's not right

Not sure what it is, but Friday, yesterday, and today I have just been in a funk. We took a walk with the boys to the playground, and I was so thankful that today was not a run day. I was happy to get home after the 1 mile round trip with two 15 minute breaks in between! Weird. I hope I snap out of it for my run tomorrow. I am just so worn down.

Someone send some energy my way!!!

Do you think you're overtraining and that's why you're feeling run down? Or maybe the heat is just driving you nuts! (I hate HOT too). In any case, feeling that "burnout" is normal when you're running a lot, as you have been. Usually a good day (or two) of rest gets the fires burning again. :)

I have days like that too. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You might want to take an extra rest day so you're nice and refreshed for your next run. I hope your energy returns soon!! Good luck!!
