Quick one

Just a quick blog. My knee is really sore from Saturday. Today's run didn't help matters! I am taking 1-2 days off from running. Hopefully that will do the trick. I can't wait till the darn thing is fixed!

Day 27- Rest Day @1500 calories

Day 28 (4 weeks of eating right!)- 3.62/3.5 miles 1865 calories, will make up for the 115 overage tomorrow

Hi, I saw on the 2007 in 2007 a name that looked like yours on the list of names to be dropped because they didn't post the mileage? Please tell me I'm mistaken cuz WE WANT YOU onboard!:):) Even if you have no mileage due to injury it's ok to post zero's, but you need to post something just so they don't drop you from the list.
