I was supposed to do the elliptical this morning, but they were all full and that was a great excuse to run. I did fairly well considering I ran last night too. What sucked is the A/C in the gym wasn't working. (A common problem here in Guam!) I felt sick after I was done with my workout because I was so hot...LOL.

Hey Jen,
Great workout and good job on losing weight!
I thought not having an AC is suppose to be better since it can make you sweat more? Probably bad too because of all the lngering smell huh? LOL :D
you're doing great. keep at it.
I remember stopping in Guam on my way to the Philippines when I was a little girl. I remember feeling so sticky even before the plane landed. It was so strange to me because I had never experienced humidity like that. At that age, I didn't know what humidity was, I just felt sticky. More power to you for running so well over there! Keep it up!
Not having AC in Guam is the worst. That's probably one reason I gained weight there. It's just too damn hot to do anything (except eat).
Guam is only slightly north of the equator. Those "tropical breezes" don't help at all.
Gym and no a/c........ughhh! Doesn't sound like a good combo. Is Guam humid? I was in Okinawa, Japan for a year and it was ungodly humid there. I would walk outside at 5am and start sweating just from walking out my door. The walls would sweat inside and any books, magazines, or papers would wrinkle up. I have no desire to go back to that again. Keep up the good work!
