Wednesday I did 4mi on the treadmill, total. I ran two at a faster than usual pace. I did the 2 in 20:50 which is probably a 2mi PR for me :) I feel myself getting stronger. My legs feel very strong. I think I need to do something about my upper body as it is what seems to be tiring way before my legs.
Thursday, I couldn't help myself and I weighed in again...LOL. 239lbs!!! That seems like SO much less than 241...LOL. I am incredibly happy to be in the 230's again. I think I need to get a new ID since it says 240...LOL!
Today, I walked 5mi with Hilary. People are starting to notice my weight loss. A friend of mine was running up behind us, today, and said she wasn't sure it was me!!! She is so encouraging and really has helped motivate me through all of this. I am thankful for that.
Tonight, I am going to a friend's house for a party. I am thoroughly going to enjoy my free night tonight...LOL!
My husband's ship left Monday, then came back last night, then left again today. My poor 6yr old was in tears this morning when Daddy wasn't home. I really wish the ship would just get all of their stuff outta the way at once instead of coming in and out of port. It makes it so much harder on the kids. Him coming home for a night is a tease. It always could be much worse, I just HATE seeing my kids so sad.

I am so sorry for your children (and you and your husband!)
Your time is rockin' and the weight loss too. Just think what kind of time is around the corner. I keep imagining myself running WITHOUT carrying those 5 lb bags of flour or sugar. It WILL make a huge difference.

It took all my willpower not to check my weight at the gym yesterday. Don't want to become obsessive. I was 91 kg 6 months ago and have run myself down to 80.5. 6kg more to go.
Keep at it girl and you will get where you want to be.
