School Day #2 on Concerta -
His teachers had NO issues with him today! I cannot believe it. I think this was the first day in his 3 years of school (preschool, Pre-k, and now K) that he has had a day this great! They were in SHOCK how well his writing and his drawing was today. They also commented on how PROUD of himself he was!
This evening, he told us, "Mom, we have to make sure to remember my pill tomorrow for my test." (His martial arts stripe testing.) I think he realizes just how much it is helping.
We told Kaden the Concerta was like a vitamin to just make it easier for him to concentrate. We emphasized that it is HIM being good and doing excellent work, not the pill. It is very important to us that he never uses ADHD as an excuse.

Hi Jen! It's Natalie (from the board). I saw your post over there and have been meaning to reply but haven't had the chance. This update is fabulous! I can't even imagine how great this must feel for you guys! I hope it sticks!
