For today's 2 miler, I figured I'd give 5:30am a go to see if it helped escape some of the heat. It was no better, and the humidity was possibly worse! Breathing in the humid air makes recovering between running spurts very difficult! I think I might have to move my long runs to the treadmill once my mileage picks up. The weather drains me. Whine, whine, whine. LOL
2 miles today, 26:18, 13:09min/mile pace. Fastest run this week. A whopping 6 miles for the week. LOL
Yay for 2 rest days!!!
Monday, I start adding more distance. So, next week is:
Monday-3mi
Wednesday-2mi
Friday-2mi
